Laboratory ovens are used in a variety of scientific and/or laboratory applications. They are closed chambers that reach extremely high temperatures—often well over 500°C—and use automated temperature control systems to maintain temperatures within just a few degrees. Laboratory ovens can be used for annealing, die-bond curing, drying, sterilization, and other functions. They are available in an array of sizes and maximum temperature ranges, depending on the needs of the application. Laboratory ovens are often used in industries such as healthcare, technology, and transportation.
