Deployable Fire Protection System

A deployable fire protection system is a standalone unit that is designed to provide totally independent, self-contained, unmanned fire suppression. Most of these systems consist of automatic fire detection and fire suppression technology, mounted on a trailer. Deployable fire protection systems operate on AC power or battery power; battery powered models often include solar-panel recharging capabilities. These systems are ideal for firefighting and fire suppression in industrial settings, municipal and military fire departments, and airports. Photo courtesy of Fire Combat.
