Ecreativeworks Builds New CAD Application for Kurt Workholding Website

The team at Ecreativeworks has built and launched a new, innovative CAD integration web application for Kurt Workholding. The application pulls 2D and 3D CAD (computer aided design) files from a remote server into Kurt’s product database on a product by product basis for viewing by Kurt Workholding’s customers and website visitors.

The new CAD integration allows users to view certain Kurt products in full 3D in a special online PDF viewer. CAD files can also be downloaded for free in a number of formats, including Autodesk, Solidworks, ACIS, IronCAD, and others. CAD files enable potential customers to view a 3D model of the product in question. This model can be rotated 360 degrees on all three axes (X, Y and Z), as well as zoomed in an out.

Kurt Workholding manufactures a wide range of vises, clamps, and related tools and equipment. A division of Kurt Manufacturing, the company is known as the industry standard for quality and reliability in vises and workholding products.
