Founded in 1980, Freelin-Wade is North America's largest independent manufacturer of plastic tubing and hoses for industries as diverse as pneumatics, dental and promotions. From your handy wet/dry mop, to the robots that built your car to the Aries rocket that will take people back to the moon: worry-free Freelin-Wade tubing is everywhere. In fact, you probably used our tubing today and didn't realize it. We stock more than 4,000 sizes, colors and configurations of pneumatic hoses, plastic tubing, urethane and nylon tubing. Plus we're happy to make any variations that you might dream up. We have no minimum order quantity so it's easy to have us build a coil, private label, create multi-tube bundles or whatever it is that you can imagine. Freelin-Wade was started behind the vision of our founder Fred Plews to "find a need and fill it". Fred's long career spent building dental equipment led him to design a special polyurethane tube for that industry. His high-performing tube became the foundation for Freelin-Wade. We quickly learned that polyurethane not only works great in dental equipment but has applications across virtually all industries. In the decades that have followed, we've been expanding our product line and industries that we serve. The company that started in Fred's garage now employs nearly 100 people at our McMinnville, Oregon plant. Privately held Freelin-Wade is a subsidiary of Coilhose Pneumatics and was a 2008 finalist for Plastics News Processor of the Year.
